Martha Atito

Martha is our Membership and Business Support Officer and joined Youth Access in July 2017, after several years spent working in volunteer recruitment at a national charity. Martha plays an integral role and is responsible for finance and business support, membership administration and providing additional project support.

Coming from a social care background, Martha worked at a secure facility where she helped to develop safeguarding and data protection policies and represented colleagues as a union rep. Passionate about people’s rights, she is committed to campaigning for equality and inclusion with improved access to services for young people.

Outside of work, Martha enjoys baking, science and learning about different cultures and historical events.
