Not a typical Russian, Olessia lived in Libya and Syria through her childhood, and graduated in Moscow with Masters in Finance. After that she went on a double degree programme to study (Business administration), then worked in France, and moved to China for a year before settling in the UK.
Olessia has been quite successful throughout her career in the private sector. She has worked at Director level in different industries from blue chip companies to small starts up and has delivered long standing outcomes. Plus, she tried herself in entrepreneurship.
Outside of her day-to-day job, she raises two kids, governor and a chair of the primary school PTA. She has CIMA and PRINCE2Agile qualifications, certificates in CBT Essentials, Mental Health First Aider (MHFA England) and Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring.
