Ros Arscott works as a senior leader in Young Devon and sits on the HR and Workforce Development group. She has over 22 years of experience within the charity sector.
She is passionate about working with young people, being the voice of young people and helping them further develop and grow. She started her career as a coordinator at Young Devon with the task of setting up, developing and sustaining Youth Enquiry Service (YES) centres.
Ros is a qualified youth worker and has frontline experience of the issues young people face.
