Sarah Uncles

Sarah is our Policy and Campaigns Manager. Joining the team in June 2023, she leads our external affairs work to influence national policy and funding decisions alongside our members and the young people they support.

Sarah has an MA in Human Rights and has focused on bringing about change for social and racial justice whilst working at Women in Prison and INQUEST. This has included campaigns to halt prison expansion, ensure accountability for bereaved families after their loved ones have died in state care or custody, and to increase support for community-based services for women with unmet needs.

In her free time Sarah enjoys trail running, pottery and slowly learning Spanish.
