If you are having difficulty searching our directory, try one of the following suggestions:

* Make sure you have filled in at least one search field

* Make sure you have ticked at least one service box.  If you are not sure about the kind of support you are looking for, tick the service box called ‘Any of these services’

* Try searching by county, using the provided drop down menu (for example, select ‘Greater London’ or ‘Dorset’, etc.)

* When searching the post code field you may either enter part or the whole of your post code (for example ‘N’, or ‘N8’, or ‘N8 7DR’)

* If your first search is unsuccessful, don't give up! Go back to the main search page and try again. You can ‘Reset’ the search by clicking the ‘Reset’ button at the bottom left of the Directory home page.

* It is possible the search engine will not recognise the name of your town. If this is the case, try searching again by county or post code

* Unfortunately, not every town will have a service provider. If you can not find a YIACS in your town, try searching by county and the first part of your post code (for example, select ‘Derbyshire’ from the drop down menu and enter ‘S’ in the first post code box –the result should cover several towns in that area)
