members must agree to support and abide by these principles to be eligible for membership.
How to apply
You can submit your completed form to Youth Access by clicking "send" at the foot of the form. Or if you prefer you can print off the form, complete a hard copy and post to our office address, or fax to 020 8772 9746.
When will membership start?
Membership runs through to April 1st of the following year, and will commence on the date your application is processed. You should expect to receive your welcome pack within 14 days.
How much does membership cost?
Your membership fee is based on which month of the year you join us, how many full time equivalent staff at your agency, whether you would like to be a full organisational member or if you would like to join as an individual.

All information entered below is treated confidentially: as part of membership we will contact you by email and in writing with details of Youth Access training and other benefits: individuals can opt in or out of these communications at any time.
