Youth Access does use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone.

Youth Access does not make, or allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. We will make it clear when it collects personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it. Membership requirements

If you wish to become a member of Youth Access you will be asked to enter your name, email address and details about your organisation. We will only use this information to send you member bulletins and updates on Youth Access’s work, and you will be given the opportunity to opt out of any future information should you wish. We store all of our membership data on a separate database that is hosted on our own GDPR compliant server.
