A response to Quality, Choice and Aspiration

Youth Access has launched a joint response to the Government’s IAG strategy with the Confederation of Heads of Young People’s Services and the National Connexions Network. While broadly welcoming the strategy, we are agreed that its emphasis on improving the quality of careers IAG should not lose sight of young people’s wider needs and are urging that any drive towards improvement can only be assured if the strategy is delivered within a wider and holistic model of personal support.
