Vacancies for Youth Access Chair and Trustees

16 April, 2010

Be a champion for young people’s information, advice and counselling.

Youth Access is the national membership association for young people’s information advice and counselling services (YIACS)

Youth Access is part of the National Youth Agency and has decided to establish a separate Board to govern Youth Access from September 2010. This will aspire to offer exemplary governance to this small, but influential and creative charity. If you are interested in championing young people’s access to YIACS and improving their social, emotional and mental health, we would like to hear from you.

We are looking for three people with different experiences and skills and from a range of backgrounds, one of which should be financial. The position of Chair could suit someone wanting to acquire their first Chair’s role.

The Board will meet in London four times a year. These posts are not remunerated but reasonable expenses will be paid.
