New free member resource: Guide to induction for counsellors in YIACS
15 January, 2010

Barbara Rayment, YA Director says:
"Please take a look at our new Counselling Induction pack for newly appointed youth counsellors. Developed through the pooled experience of various Youth Access member agencies and individuals, it is just one example of the practical ways in which we hope you can make the most out of your membership of Youth Access. We hope this pack will be helpful for you and we look forward to hearing about your experience of using it!"
The Guide provides 70 pages of materials – information, and exercises - which can be used flexibly either by individual counsellors working their way independently through the resource or as a support to agencies planning group induction processes.
The Guide is in a downloadable PDF format.
