Guide to Induction for Newly Appointed Counsellors in Youth Information, Advice, Counselling and Support Services
This Guide to Induction has been produced in response to requests by Youth Access members for national guidance on the induction of newly appointed youth counsellors, and is a free resource available exclusively to Youth Access members.
The Guide provides a wealth of materials which can be used flexibly either by individual counsellors working their way independently through the resource or as a support to agencies planning group induction processes. The resources have been developed in close association with Youth Access members to ensure they meet the needs of young people, services and individual counsellors.
It is a PDF document for you to download and print off.
If you have any questions about the guide or would like to give us some feedback about it please send us an email (admin@youthaccess.org.uk) or phone 020 8772 9900.
