AdvicePro

In partnership with the Law Centres Federation and Resolution Case Management, Advice UK have developed an online case management system which is suitable for small advice agencies.

There are three versions of Advice Pro: Custom, Standard and Essential.

Casetrack

Free AIMS software

AIMS (Advice and Information Management System) is the database and information management system developed by LASA for voluntary and statutory advice organisations.

Two versions of AIMS are on offer depending on the requirements of your organisation: Core and AIMS Extra. The AIMS team also provides training, support and consultancy at additional costs.

LASA also offer an entry levelpackage free of charge which provides basic systems for capturing client details, monitoring work and recording outcomes.

YPInfo

YPInfo is an online database for organisations working with young people developed by Youth Access member Young Devon.

The database is able to capture numbers of young people worked with, sessions and time spent with young people, social exclusion factors, outcomes, referrals, ages, genders, ethnicities, presenting issues and more. It produces reports for fundraising and monitoring and is password-protected and held on a secure server. A package including a free trial, post-purchase training and support are available.
