David Clark

Chair 

David has a B.Ed. in Primary Education and has previously worked as a Union Welfare Officer at Plymouth University Students Union, Regional Education Manager with the Royal National Lifeboat Institution and a variety of roles at the British Youth Council including the Deputy CEO. In this role he led a variety of youth programmes including the UK Youth Parliament.

David has been at the UK Parliament since 2015, now leading the Education and Engagement Service – which involved leading a range of teams to inspire the public to engage in the work of the UK Parliament. The team engages with over 3 million people through face to face engagement, partnerships and digital campaigns. He has recently left the Board of Management for the The National Federation of Young Farmers'‚Äč Clubs after 4 years. He joined the Youth Access Board in September 2014 and became the chair in April 2018.
