YIACS Purpose, Values and Principles

YIACS’ main purpose is to offer an integrated approach to young people’s health and wellbeing concerns through a unique combination of prevention, early intervention and crisis work. The services are underpinned by a common set of values and principles which are outlined in this document.

This resource was developed as part of our  Department of Health and Social Care funded IQ Project which supports a new vision for young people’s mental health and wellbeing; one in which accessible, self-referral YIACS are a key part of every local offer.
