Sarah leads on developing and implementing comprehensive evaluation plans for Youth Access’ various projects and programmes. To ensure Youth Access is effectively measuring the impact of their work, and the work of their members, Sarah is also responsible for driving the development of a robust evidence-base for our network of YIACS. Understanding the value that YIACS bring to young people is imperative on our journey as we advocate for more appropriate and better-quality services for young people across the UK.

Sarah's studied Psychology (MSc) and her experience includes working on a military rehabilitation and recovery programme to measure the impact working on behalf of the Royal British Legion and Leeds Beckett University. She further spent two years developing Prostate Cancer UK's impact and evaluations.

Sarah is passionate about equal access for young people believing that no young person should face barriers when seeking support they want and need.

Outside of work Sarah, is an accredited Personal Development and Career Coach. Her life consists of, lacrosse, yoga, exercising and cooking. She has visited 40 countries and loves to travel.
