Here are some commonly asked questions we receive about the Youth Access membership.

FAQ's:

  1. Who can I contact if I have a question about membership?

    • If you would like to discuss membership, whether you’re a new or existing member, you can contact admin@youthaccess.org.uk
  2. How much does full membership cost?

    • For organisations with 14 FTE staff or under, the cost is £100 per annum

  3. How can I pay for my membership?

    • If you are a new member, or paying for the first time:
      • Once we have received your completed sign-up form and vetted your organisation, you will be issued an invoice. You can then pay your invoice online using Stripe or BACS.
    • If you are an existing member looking to renew your membership:
      • You will be contacted by our team with your invoice ahead of your renewal date. You’ll have the opportunity to pay using Stripe or BACS.
  4. Can I join if my service charges a fee?

    • Unfortunately, not. Membership to the Youth Access network is for organisations who provide information, advice and counselling services to young people, free of charge.
  5. I don’t want to pay to subscribe – can I still receive Youth Access updates?

    • You can join the Youth Access network as an Associate member. This means you won’t pay for your subscription and won’t receive the full membership benefits, but you’ll receive bulletins and updates by email.
