Our Board
Our Board of Trustees is responsible for our governance and strategic direction as a charity.
The Board agrees our vision, values, strategy and policies and monitors our progress. Our trustees are also responsible for our overall professional, legal and financial management.
Our Board meets at least four times annually.

Finance, Audit & Risk Committee
The Finance, Audit & Risk Committee is made up of three trustees. Its role is to ensure that Youth Access manages its finances and risks effectively and efficiently in support of its charitable objectives.
The Committee meets at least four times annually.

Our annual report sets out the money coming in and going out of the charity. It also provides a summary of progress we’ve made towards our strategic goals.
