What to expect
You can walk in and have an informal conversation with a friendly worker. We will listen to what is happening, check what you would like help with and agree a practical next step. This may be advice on the day, joining an activity, connecting with another service or discussing mentoring.
Mentoring
ROUTES can offer up to 12 weeks of one-to-one support focused on what matters to you. Mentoring can help you build confidence, try new things, work towards goals and feel more independent.
How to access ROUTES
- Drop in without an appointment during our opening hours.
- Meet the team through outreach or community activity.
