Influencing your local system to do more for young people is a crucial way to make your organisation more sustainable and to ensure more young people get the help they need. Most of our members will be doing this in some form already - but as you know, it's rarely easy! We’ve created a series of free online events to help you successfully advocate for your service and strategically influence your local decision-makers to make positive changes for young people.
Our second event will explore ways of working with your trustees to influence legally, ethically and effectively. We'll look at how to introduce your trustees to influencing and the Charity Commission guidance. We'll also explore regulated activity and elections so you can be confident you're working within the law, and ways of building an influencing strategy.
