To support their online work, Off the Record Bristol has developed ‘Digital Champions’:
- A group of staff members who are confident and knowledgeable about digitalisation who can support the wider staff team
This is important for sustainability - Off the Record aims to have an online offer for all aspects of its work as well as a strong social media presence, so it is vital to raise awareness of the support available.
Impact so far
The Digital Champions have been dispersing helpful knowledge across the organisation and ensure that the service is effective (reviewing policies and procedures for online working).
They have also been sharing new ways of working and keeping safeguarding requirements live and up to date.
