The Youth Advice Outcomes toolkit was designed specifically for youth advice services providing advice on rights-based issues (e.g. housing, homelessness, welfare benefits, debt and employment rights) as part of a wider holistic service for young people and for ‘mainstream’ advice services (e.g. CAB and law centres) providing advice targeted at young people.
It may also be applicable to other front-line, one-to-one support services for young people.
