Our new tool for the community launches this October

We'll be joined by a panel of guest speakers as we introduce aurora to the youth advice and counselling community for the very first time.

Months in the making, our new tool, aurora, is almost ready to launch. Built with and for the youth advice and counselling community, aurora celebrates and spotlights services' strengths and reveals the brightest opportunities.

Developed using the co-produced Youth Access Quality Framework, it brings the framework to life, answering calls from services for a practical tool that supports improvement, helps to demonstrate impact and strengthen the case for long term investment.

We're thrilled to share that this new home for hubs will launch on October 20th 2026.

Hundreds of you have now registered for the launch event - and we have some exciting updates on what you can expect.

We will be joined by our brilliant quality framework co-designers Amy, Charlotte Andrews and Kyra-Sky Foster for a discussion on young people's experiences and a deep dive into why quality infrstructure matters.

They will join our panel of experts which also includes Beth Green, Centre 33 CEO. Beth will share why quality and continuous improvement is important to Centre 33, and the opportunities and challenges for local services in developing their provision and strengthening support for young people.

We're also pleased to welcome Sarah Denselow, Head of Grants at the Prudence Trust as a guest speaker. Sarah will discuss the Prudence Trust’s experience using the Youth Access Quality Framework as a shared structure to help support improvement in Hubs.

This brilliant expert panel will come together to discuss how a shared approach to quality can help us work towards our common mission: ensuring young people in every local community can access the right support at the right time.

So if you haven’t already, register now to see aurora for the first time and hear how it can support your service.

Join us online Tuesday, 20 October 2026 10:30 - 12:00pm.

We can’t wait to share it with you.
