Hello, you're right in thinking there are lots of extras in the Members area and once you're logged in and have the details saved to your computer, you're sorted!
All you need are your organisation's login details - which will have been sent to whoever handles renewals etc. at your organisation. If you're not sure who this or can't find the details, Martha will be able to check them for you (martha@youthaccess.org.uk).
Once you've got your login details, go to the menu, click log in and the Members area will appear in the menu.
